At 24/7 Gym Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals, tools, and hardware, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy machinery as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
